Q. Why do some products take longer to receive than others?
A. Some products are special ordered, made to order, collectible items, or pesonalized gifts. Therefore it takes a slightly longer time for them to be delivered. It also depends upon the destination, customs, delivery times and schedules of the Postal Service, or delivery service that is used.

Q. Is the Costume Jewelry real?
A. Although some of the costume jewelry/watches looks, feels like, and in some instances, are extremely similar to the originals, they are not, and they are not meant to be represented as the originals. The costume jewelry/watches shown on this website does not contain any original parts or materials from the original manufacturers. They are in no way related, endorsed, or affiliated with the individuals named, manufacturers, jewelry designers named, registered names, or trademarks mentioned, throughout this website.

ENGRAVING AND GIFT WRAPPING
Q. Do you provide engraving or gift wrapping services?
A. Yes. There are specific items from Hortense B. Hewitt that are able to be engraved. Each one is clearly specified in its' description.
No. Currently we do not provide gift wrapping services.

Q. I've fully completed filling in the order form, and ready to make the payment. Why doesn't the order form send me directly to PayPal?
A. You have not enabled your Animatons, Cookies, Privacy and Pop-Up Settings. PayPal will only work if these settings are enabled. To solve this problem, after you've enabled your Animations, Cookies and Pop-Up Settings, refresh the page and proceed with your order.
