The first step is to place your order. Then we will e-mail you your Personal On-line Questionnaire, (you will need to use Adobe 6.0 or higher to use the form).
Please answer all of the questions as accurately as possible, and e-mail us the form.
Please provide the following items, so that we may accurately determine your facial shape and colour palette.
You will need:
1. Natural Daylight.
2. A mirror large enough to fully reflect your face and hair.
3. One colour photo of a close-up your face in natural daylight (with a relaxed facial expression e.g no smiling etc.) without make-up, and all of your hair pulled back.
4. One colour photo of a close-up your face in natural daylight (with a relaxed facial expression e.g no smiling etc.) with make-up, and your hair styled as it is usually worn.

Your photos will remain private. We will not give your personal photos to any third party.
After we analyze your questionnaire, you will receive the results by email, or mail (see options above).
*As an a added bonus, you will also receive a set of Gemstone cards with your appropriate colours.
These cards are are perfect for you to use as your personal guide when going shopping for clothes, make-up and accessories!
